We email sellers only about the status of their items, including approval, correction requests, sales, payment-related updates, and pickup reminders for unsold items.

No marketing use

Your email address will not be used for marketing emails, newsletters, or unrelated promotions.

Who uses your email

Your email is used by Savage's Bicycle Center to manage your items and send these status updates. If we use an email delivery provider to send those messages on our behalf, that provider processes your email only to deliver Savage's Bicycle Center item-status emails and not for its own marketing.

We collect the information you give us to run item intake and review, including your account details, contact information, item details, agreement acceptance history, and workflow activity related to your submissions.

How we use it

We use your information only to manage your account, review your submitted items, communicate with you about item status and payment, and maintain the audit trail needed to operate the platform responsibly.

Third-party sharing

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

Account deletion requests

You can request deletion of your account and the information tied to it at any time. In a future iteration, we expect to retain only the minimum settlement or payment status record needed to reconcile outstanding obligations, and to separate that record from your active account using a deletion confirmation ID or similar reference.
